The Sherlock Holmes Museum in Baker Street London is housed in a Grade 2 listed Georgian Townhouse with the rooms of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson laid out exactly as described in the published stories. We are looking for a lady aged 21-60 to take the role of "Mrs Hudson" or a "Victorian Maid" who can show visitors around the Museum and who can also help sell souvenirs in our large souvenir shop on the ground floor of the property. There may also be some editing work to do on our online newsletter if you see yourself as a budding editor! Most of the work however will be "front of house" dealing with visitors face to face and helping them get the most from their visit to the museum. Its a fun job and varied for a gregarious active and outgoing friendly female with a natural ability to socialise with people from all walks of life from visting Heads of State to young French students visiting london as part of their school outing.
