Senior Research Executive : Market Research : Food & Drink

An opportunity has a risen for an enthusiastic Senior Research Executive, with food and drink or FMCG experience to join a Market Research Agency in the outskirts of Oxfordshire. This company prides itself on being able to understand their clients' business environment, marketing challenges and strategic and tactical options, enabling them to be able to deliver solutions that facilitate success. They are pioneers in challenging existing thinking, improving research methodologies, and bringing the latest scientific and commercial know-how to the industry.

As Senior Research Executive, you responsibilities will be to take on briefs from existing clients and, in consultation with a Project Consultant, define the appropriate research protocols drawing from a repertoire of both qualitative and quantitative techniques. You will be in charge of writing research proposals and agreeing costings with senior management and selling them to the client. This will also include responsibility for the accurate and timely execution of research which will require managing your project teams and briefing colleagues in other departments. You will also be responsible for questionnaire design and data processing and analysis.

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you should be an experienced researcher, ideally with at least 3 years agency experience working on ad hoc projects. You will also ideally have strong communication skill and be adept at developing strong interpersonal relationships. This role would suit someone who enjoys learning and improving on their existing skill set and who possesses creative and innovative foresight.
